Djamor Fungus

Djamor Fungus

The Djamor Fungus, commonly known as the pink oyster mushroom, grows in tropical and subtropical areas, growing as far north as Japan and as far south as New Zealand, it can only be harvested from spring to fall.

The pink oyster mushroom has a pink color, and each cap can grow to be 5 cm broad and 7 cm long.

The pink oyster mushroom is edible and can be described as meaty and fishy and is quite umami. Its texture is both meaty and chewy. When fried until crispy, it resembles bacon or even ham. However, when it is raw, it has a sour taste.

Description

An organic shelf that “grows” from your wall. If you need a small shelf for anything you want to make visible every day (like your favorite figurine or a small plant) this is the one for you. You can either screw or glue it onto your wall. There are various glue or tape products for wall fixation out there. We recommend 3M Mounting Tape, however mounting screws and dowels are the most reliable fixation.

  • What are all these lines ?

The lines seen across the entire surface of parts are call "tool paths", and are similar to the rings on a tree. But unlike on a tree where each line is an indicator of seasons past, tool paths on products are a footprints left behind by the 3D printer as it builds your product.
